A last minute birthday order was taken by a very patient accommodating young lady who was polite and reassuring. What a breath of fresh air to have such great customer service. And to think as I continued to search the web I get a return caller ID phone call from Bella Rose who happened to notice upon opening their shop that I had dialed their number earlier to no avail. Thank you Bella Rose for your efforts on my behalf, mom is surely going to enjoy the flowers you are delivering (another blessing...at no charge to me since mom's location is so close by their shop). I would highly recommend Bella Rose not only for their sincerity and support but also that they are truly a family locally based business that does not have ties to any other corporate location, no middleman here...peace

I got flowers and balloons for my wife for our anniversary and I must say, the flowers and balloons are way better in person than the picture, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, the arrangement was perfect! My wife loved it! The delivery to her work was on time and there was no issues. It was Amazing! I will definitely use them again!

I live in LA and needed to send sympathy flowers to one of my clients in Rialto. A quick search on Yelp led me to call Bella Rose. I looked at their website, and their prices looked reasonable. I called and placed an order with Miranda, who was very helpful. I paid over the phone for the Ivory Elegance Floral Basket for $90. I added $10 for delivery. Miranda emailed me the receipt and updated me once the delivery was completed. Excellent and reliable customer service.

I called about 30 minutes before closing on the weekend, needing flowers delivered the next day to a memorial, a Sunday. Not only were they accommodating, but many people said they were the most beautiful flowers they'd seen. Thank you very much, I highly recommend

Ordered a couple bouquets for Mother’s Day to get there a day early. They were faster than Uber Eats! Exactly 15 minutes after I hung up, my mother and MIL texted me a picture of the beautiful flowers she got. The roses are huge and flowers are stunning. The staff is super friendly and made ordering over the phone really easy. I’ll be shopping here again.

Excellent florist. They have always given me great prices with delivery. The arrangements have always been beautiful. These are the latest creations she created with an over the phone order and delivery. They sent me the picture and I loved the arrangements. Very appropriate. I trust their judgment. I highly recommend!

I live out of state and I always call them for flowers and I have no issues. I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews but this place is the best.
